Prophetic Revelations

Vision and Word given 10-10-01
to Mike Mings for the Body of Christ.

     The following is a vision and Word from the Lord.  It was Wednesday night Oct. 10th.  My wife and I had just gotten home from a camp meeting service of ministers in Gladstone, Mo. 


Pray for our Troops

It was about midnight and I was ready to get some sleep but as soon as my head hit the pillow the Spirit of the Lord spoke to me and said, "Don't sleep. Pray."  I said, "Lord, I'm tired and want to go to sleep."  The Lord just said again, "Don't sleep.  Pray."
So I obeyed and began to pray.  Almost immediately the Lord gave me a vision.  This is what I saw.

     I saw the World Trade Centers.  Smoke was pouring out of them.  It was the scene we have all seen on the news over and over again.  Only this time I saw spirits pouring out of the smoke.  The spirits were pouring throughout the United States.  Throughout the land. 


Throughout the countryside.  These spirits were pouring into the cities.  Then suddenly I saw people all over the country sitting in from of their TV's and I saw these same spirits come right out of their TV screens and grab the chest of the people watching their TV's.

Then the Word of the Lord came to me.  The Word of the Lord came to me for 3 hours till 3 o'clock in the morning.  I went to sleep and when I woke up 4 hrs. later the Word of the Lord continued to come to me for about another hour.  This is some of the things the Lord told me.

     The Lord said that these spirits that were coming out of the TV screens and grabbing peoples chests were Spirits of Fear.  He said that these Spirits of Fear were paralyzing people throughout the nation.  The Lord told me that He was going to use this fear that is upon the people of the United States to reap a great harvest in this country.

     He said that because of this Spirit of Fear, people will be more receptive to the Gospel and will be more willing to repent and turn from their sin and turn to God.

     The Lord told me that the only problem was that not only was the Spirit of Fear coming upon the worldly folks but that it was also seizing the hearts of believers and Ministers.  The Holy Spirit told me that many in the church are afraid also and that this fear is keeping them from reaching out boldly and reaping the harvest that is ripe, right now.  The Lord said that we are to rise up, since He has not given us the Spirit of Fear but of Power and of Love and of a sound mind.

He said that now is the time to reap this great harvest in America.  He said that if the leaders that are currently in the Church don't respond appropriately, then He will quickly raise up people to do what needs to be done.  He told me that He will quickly promote people that are faithful.

     We are to tell all the believers, that we know, to boldly rise up in the strength of the Lord and begin to reap this harvest of souls.  Faith comes by hearing and how can they hear until someone tells them.  God told me that He would draw them to repentance.  He said that He would do the work of saving them.  We just need to tell them.

     Do you know how to lead someone in the sinners prayer?  Well if you and I are going to help the Lord reap the harvest here in America then we need to be prepared to give an answer to those we talk to of the Hope we have in Jesus.

     The Lord instructed me to read the book of Jonah.  As I read the book of Jonah, I saw how that fear turned the hearts of the people on the ship to God.  Then I saw how fear turned the hearts of the people of Nineveh to repent of their sin and turn to God.

     God told me that fear is turning the hearts of the people of America to repentance but He needs workers in the harvest field to bring in the harvest.  Let's help the Lord reap the harvest.
